SEA safety campaign

Check whether the vehicle is eligible.

Chassis number:

Step-by-step plan

  1. Use this website to check the Chassis number and see whether the windows of the vehicle are in the at-risk group.
  2. Inspect the vehicle.
  3. Is the vehicle eligible? If so, than please leave your data on this site; a Polyplastic partner will than get in contact with you to make you an offer and set a date for repair or replacement. For the vehicles concerned by the safety action we have the following two options:
    1. New windows with a high reduction on the marketprice. The vehicle owner cannot make a legal claim for new windows free of charge. When all concerned windows of an eligible vehicle are replaced we even have a special action price of € 99,00 exclusive of VAT per window
    2. Repair of the windows with specially developed screw material. The possible unsafe situation is adequatly removed by this repair. Material and labour are free of charge for the eligible vehicles.

The safety campaign is being coordinated with the Government Road Transport Agency and their foreign colleagues, such as the German Motor vehicle Association (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt, KBA), on the basis of which it can be concluded that this campaign is justified because window parts generally come loose only after a period of time.
